Male dogs and those between the ages of one and five years tend to bite more often than female dogs or dogs that are older than six. Dog bite statistics show that unaltered canines are three times more likely to bite than their spayed or neutered counterparts. As the pup gets older split the food into two meals (at about 4 to 6 months of age) and by one year of age to one meal. They should also be fasted one meal a week once they are at least 4 months old. This means that your pitbull dog should fast one full day a week.
